You don't do this on your own. You need to find a good psychiatrist to help you find the resources and help you with this process. Just deciding to take hormones can be a really dangerous decision.

Keep taking your estrogen pills - help you develop more
Decide (may keep or change) your dress style - Like smart/intelligent, Laid back.
Go shopping for women's clothes - Depends what sort of dress style you have.
