as i intend to exit netscape email, and set up yahoo beta, i find that i can no longer access netscape and hotmail login. any ideas?

Maybe your password has been change by another person of third party group. Or maybe your account has been suspened.
There should be no relationship between your Netscape and Yahoo! Mail :)
Reply:Maybe you accidentally told your virus privacy protection to not allow a certain cookie to write file. If so, you need to reinstall it... Hope this helps!!!
