how can i find out who it is and is it illegal?how can i trace them?
I just found out somebody has guessed the question to change my hotmail password?
Login yourself. Change your password. Change your security question. Both to something that bad guys can't guess.
(In other words, learn from Sarah Palin's mistake.)
Trace them? Hotmail could trace the IP they logged in from, but probably won't take the trouble unless you sue them. Good luck on that...
Reply:Since Hotmail is a free service, you will find that they are extremely unhelpful with any questions.
